I combine my entrepreneurial experience, instincts and coaching skills to move people faster than they would achieve on their own.
I have set up, grew, ran and sold 3 successful businesses of my own, including two brand identity and design companies. After selling my business I trained in NLP and coaching to help others do the same.
Through the Forest provides 1-2-1 mentor coaching with long term clients, and team coaching. Be Brilliant at Business is a group mentor coaching programme with both live workshops and virtual programmes.
I am passionate about helping business owners achieve their potential without losing sight of the important things in life, family, making jam.
