What Members Say…

Is there a minimum contract?

No, absolutely not.  You can cancel your monthly membership any time.  You can cancel your annual membership in the first 30 days by emailing us, and we will fully reimburse you without any problem.  As a monthly subscriber you can cancel your membership at any time by changing your PayPal account setting. We work hard to make your membership valuable to you, but we understand if you need to leave at any time.

I would like to pay without PayPal, is that possible?

Yes, you can pay by credit or debit card.  When you click the monthly or yearly membership button you will be directed to a PayPal page.  It is a little hidden, but the last line states ‘Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card’ and click that.

I haven’t started yet and only got a business idea. Can I become a member?

The Design Trust Business Club is for all creative visual sole traders and freelancers who are ready to take their business to the next level, whatever level you are right now. The majority of our members have been in business between 3 – 7 years, but our members include recent startups and graduates, mumpreneurs, established designer makers, creatives who have hit mid-career, and highly successful businesses selling through a wide range of online retailers and clients.

I don’t live in the UK, can I still become a member?

Yes, you are very welcome.  As an online business club we very much welcome international members!  At present the membership fees are quoted in GBP £ and when you click through the financial process you will be informed what that daily conversion rate will be for your currency.  If you become a monthly member your subscription payment will differ depending on this conversion rate.

Will you be running a webinar on … how to get more clients from Twitter/ managing clients / Etsy or a video interview with the buyer of Liberty’s / the editor of Living Etc / a famous blogger?

That’s up to you! As a member you can tell us in our forum or email us what you want us to do. We have got loads of ideas based on our own experience, but we always welcome suggestions from our members.
