In this 98mins practical workshop Patricia van den Akker, the Director of The Design Trust and the ‘inventor’ of the business planning tool for creatives, will explain step-by-step how to make the most of the planning tool side of your A2 wall planner. She also shares some really useful goal setting, time management and how-to-get-stuff-done tips in this session!

A couple of things before you get started with this training:

We have created this training to help you create your own one-page-one-year business plan, so we recommend that you bring your A2 wall planner, some Post It notes and also some coloured pens to start creating your own creative business plan for 2024.

We recommend that you need about 2-4 hours to create your own plan with our guidance. Make some time to work ON your business and find yourself a nice & quite space where you can dream, think, reflect and make some decisions on where you want to get to by the end of 2024, and what you want to do, create, learn and focus on next year. Enjoy!

This is a 98min session, but you can stop and start the session whenever you like and return to it as often as you like too!
